Returns Policy

• Order cancellation

The order can be cancelled, providing it is done on time and before the order has been shipped. The cancellation can be done by calling us or by sending us an email, providing us the order number.

• Return – product replacement

You may return a product you have purchased within 14 days from the date it has been delivered to you. In this case, the customer covers the return cost, while the original delivery cost is not refundable. There will be a credit note issued, as we do not return money.
In the case you have been delivered a defective product, you should inform the store within 48 hours. Otherwise, the store has the right to deny any form of compensation. If the product is proven faulty, you have the right to return it and ask for its replacement, considering it is still available. In any different case you will be credited with the equivalent amount. In this case, the store covers the new shipping cost.
In any case, returns will be accepted only if the products will be returned to us in the same way, accompanies with all documents, receipt or invoice and the original packaging.
